MUAY THAI

The foundation of our success at Vital Force MMA is our Muay Thai program. Our system is based on traditional Muay Thai utilizing kicks, knees, elbows, punches, and clinch, but also utilizes the movement and punching style of Western Boxing. Our style is cage and ring proven, having won both the 2022 IKF World Classic Title in Orlando, Florida (pictured on the right) and the 2022 USMTO National Title in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Our program, and our team, have developed to accommodate Muay Thai practitioners of any level. We pride ourselves on being a family, and we are always working hard to help our teammates reach their full potential. So, whether you are brand new to the Muay Thai, or have years of experience, Vital Force is a good place to call home.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

Our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class is built on practical technique with self-defense and MMA in mind. Our experienced coaches will help you develop a strong grappling game involving wrestling takedowns, No-Gi Judo throws and sweeps, as well as the submission game that has made Jiu Jitsu the well known force that it has become in the combat world. Our holistic approach to training emphasizes physical fitness, mental toughness, and overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our class will improve your skills, build your confidence, and help keep you safe!


Kickboxing

Our kickboxing program is designed to build striking skills, improve conditioning, and develop confidence in a high-energy, supportive environment. Whether you're looking to learn the basics or refine advanced techniques, our structured classes will help you progress at the right pace.

🔹 **Level 1 – Fundamentals & Foundation**
Perfect for first-year students, this class focuses on building a solid foundation in technique, movement, and conditioning. You’ll learn proper stance, basic strikes, footwork, and defensive principles while developing strength and endurance.

🔹 **Level 2 – Intermediate Skills & Competition Prep**
For those ready to take the next step, this class sharpens technique, expands striking combinations, and introduces more advanced defensive strategies. With an increased focus on controlled sparring and fight IQ, Level 2 helps students prepare for potential competition.

Comp Class

These classes are built to prepare competitors for competition. In these classes we do utilize contact sparring. These classes are invite only and require a minimum of 2 months of consistent training. Attendance is up to the discretion of the coach.

Strength & Conditioning

Enhance your strength, endurance, and athletic performance in a supportive, motivating environment. Combining weightlifting, resistance exercises, and cardio, this class is designed for all fitness levels.

Bootcamp

Boost your fitness in just 30 minutes with VF30! This high-intensity class uses kettlebell and bodyweight exercises in HIIT, EMOM, and Circuit Training formats to enhance strength and endurance. Perfect for all levels, VF30 delivers a powerful workout in a fun, efficient format.
